MacDinton's Irish Pub is a pretty busy place. It is always filled with 20-something year olds, making it a good college bar. There are multiple floors and outside patios that are filled with people. You go here if you want to party, not catch up with friends. They have a happy hour here and other specials on certain days of the week. Your drinks will come in plastic cups because of how busy they are. As for the food, they serve Irish traditional food like bangers and mash and Shepherds Pie but also other foods that everyone would like. Try their Irish Nachos. Instead of tortilla chips, they use thin sliced potatoes.
Hattricks

Hattricks is a sports bar, but for mostly hockey. TV's line the walls so that you can catch the game, no matter where you are sitting. Jerseys and other memorabilia cover the walls where the TV's don't. The happy hour here happens twice a day with discounts on the drinks. What most people go here for is the chicken wings. They cook the wings the way they are supposed to so they are super flavorful. During the happy hour, the wings are ridiculously cheap. Get your friends together, go to Hattricks, drink some beer and eat some wings.

Fly Bar & Restaurant is a classy place yet laid back. You can wear flip flops but it also makes for a good date place. Fly Bar is centered around art. They always have live music and rotating art on the walls. There is a great beer lists. The bartenders are very talented in what they do. As for the food, there are many different plates of food that is very good. Macaroni and Cheese, sliders, Snapper and more. One of the best things about this place is that although the inside is nice, they have a rooftop. You can go out, get drinks and food and enjoy the view of Tampa.
The Mermaid Tavern

The Mermaid Tavern is a great, nautical-themed, place to get food and drinks. They serve craft beers and diverse wines. You can only order from the bar. That means if you want to order a beer or food, you have to go to the bar. With that, it means that they might not have the best customer service. The food here is amazing. No matter what you try, you will absolutely fall in love with it. You must try a grilled cheese sandwich. It's not a normal grilled cheese sandwich, they have different variations for a burst of flavor.

Four Greens Fields is an Irish pub. When they opened in 1992, the sales of Guinness beer sky-rocketed 82% in the area. They have a thatched roof which is a trademark of pubs in Ireland. You definitely get the feel that you are in an Irish Pub. There is live music by Irish bands, dart boards in the corner and lively chat amongst the patrons. They have many beers on tap and many different flavors of Guinness. The bartenders knows how to perfectly pour the beers, as well. As for the food, definitely an Irish twist with everything.

Ciro's Speakeasy is definitely a place that everyone should experience. It holds true to the speakeasy's back in the day. On the day you made your reservation for, they will call you and inform you of the password and the dress code. The dress code is just nice looking, no flip flops, etc. It is sort of hard to find because there is no definite markers that it is Ciro's. Once you find the door, you knock and someone will ask for your password. Once you are inside, you are in the bar area. If you have a reservation for a table, they will sit you. There are sheer curtains that separate the tables. The staff are dressed in the right time period. This is the place to go for drinks. They use old fashion methods to making the cocktails. Their food is also super delicious. Keep in mind though, that because of the style of restaurant and the cocktails, that it is a little more expensive than other places.
